About this website
Pickdex is an independent directory of property management companies. Contact the publisher at info@zaratuk.ca about the website, its content or these terms.
Information and decisions
This website publishes sourced comparisons and editorial checklists. It is not a property manager or brokerage. Content is not legal, tax or financial advice. Company pages describe published information at the date checked; availability, fees and terms can change. Make your own enquiries and obtain a written agreement directly from the provider.
Calculator
The calculator is a scenario tool using the values you enter. Its subtotal includes only entered management and placement fees. It excludes taxes, additional charges and property costs. It does not represent company-specific tiers, minimums or vacancy policies.
Listings and advertising
A listing is not a quality ranking, endorsement or verification of a company. Sponsored visibility is separately labelled and does not alter editorial sorting, facts or conclusions. Outbound clicks do not establish an enquiry or a contract.
Corrections and appropriate use
Report factual errors through the correction channel. Do not submit confidential tenant records, misuse the forms, or attempt to change published data through them. Corrections are manually reviewed.
