Why your company is here
We list Ottawa companies that advertise property management to rental owners, using only what each company publishes on its own website. Companies don’t pay to appear, weren’t asked in advance and haven’t reviewed their profiles. The directory is alphabetical, with no ratings, rankings or reviews.
Claim your profile
Claiming lets us confirm we can reach someone at the company. Once you’re verified, you can send updates and corrections. Anything you supply that isn’t on your website is labelled “Company supplied” beside the fact it supports. A claimed profile shows a short note saying so. Claiming doesn’t change your place in the alphabetical directory, add a badge or imply that we recommend you.
Ask us to remove your profile
If you’d rather not be listed, tell us. Once we’ve verified the request, we take your profile down and remove the company from the directory, comparisons, guides and sitemap. We keep a short internal note so we don’t add the company again later. You don’t need to give a reason.
How we verify a request
We only act on requests we can confirm with contact details your company already publishes: we reply to an email address at your website’s domain, or call the phone number listed on your website. We never ask for payment, documents or passwords.
What happens next
An editor reviews every request by hand. Sending the form doesn’t change your profile by itself, and claims and removals never cost anything.
